I can tell you that OTRS works with an OOB installation of 10.4 with the
exception of some perl modules (and their dependencies).  You will need to
install developer tools along with Fink for the smoothest install
experience.  As far as using itools, I don't know because I prefer editing
text files still :P

Interesting shortcut software however.  I think webmin is better (and free).
