Still trying to get everything set up on Fedora Core 5. If I go to http://10.x.y.z/otrs/index.pl, OTRS comes up fine. I know I can set my DNS record for helpdesk.doman.com to http://255.255.255.255/otrs/index.pl but I'm trying to set it so that when I go to http://10.x.y.z or http://server.domain.com Apache brings up OTRS by default. I tried editing the /etc/httpd/httpd.conf file and setting the following:
DocumentRoot "/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/" and <Directory "/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/"> I have also tried DocumentRoot "/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/" and <Directory "/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/"> With either option, I get a text file spit at me. Am I setting the wrong options or am I setting the options wrong?
