Hello All! I am new here!I have configured otrs 2.0.4-01 in Fedora Core 3.I can work with it fine when i have users in the database.But As we have ADS LDAPV3(Windows Server)as authenticate server.Can anybody suggest me how the Kernel/Config.pm should be.Is samba needed here? Thank You All! Bye
