And what do you see in OTRS log?  I don’t know where/how you are logging – perhaps /var/log/messages?  You might want to check your /var partition to see if it is full too, I’ve seen that as a problem in the past…   From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Mamakwa M.
