I checked the Queue and it definitely has a valid email address , as
well the email address I'm sending it to is also valid.
Is there an option so that when forwarding tickets you can change the
From field? What else can be the problem?

Not sure what this error message means , anyone else come across this ?
No valid address was specified for the ueue where the ticket is stored
and where you want to forward it.
