Its a mysql database and if you grab the DB diagram from otrs or use some sort of data dictionary generator (phpMyAdmin has a nice one), you should be able to assemble the reports you need.
The beta version has a much more enhanced reporting engine, reports can be created Ad-Hoc from within the application!
