The passwords are stored as hashes in the database, so it is impossible to retrieve passwords from the system. If a customer forgets his password, you will have to reset the password.

I don't believe you can use wildcards ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), but you can create multiple customers (each with their own email address) and give them the same Customer ID, so all tickets will be grouped under the same customer.
