You need to "subscribe" to it. When you zoom into a ticket you see the "subscribe" link.

Am I blind - I see the "Responsible" link, but no "subscribe" link.

Strange; I don't have a "Responsable" link.

Back - Lock - History - Print - Priority - Free Fields - Link - Owner - Customer - Note - Merge - Pending - Subscribe - Close "Subscribe" was automatically added after enabling the ticket watch feature.
