Hello.
You'll find web output pages in the directory,
otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard (&/or Lite). The files you'll look for
are:
for customer.pl, it uses CustomerLogin.dtl and index.pl uses Login.dtl. The
'.dtl' files are templates that control the 'look' of the web pages.
