One more thing im having trouble with is merging. Right now if I merge 2
tickets they dissapear from the queue, so I read the manual and found a way
to display merged tickets in the queue.
My question is, is there a way that when you merge 2 tickets, they actually
merge and become 1? Right now it merges the two tickets, and still keeps one
of them (leaving you with 2 tickets). This mainly happens when you do a bulk
action merge.
