Hello,

I've searched documentation about 'CustomerGroupSupport' feature but
couldn't find answer to what I'm looking for.We've recently upgraded
from 1.3.2 to 2.0.4.
Everything seems fine but when a customer creates a ticket through web
interface, no agent notifications are sent. I've checked bunch of
different places and noticed that it only happens when I enable
'CustomerGroupSupport'.
Before we were also using customer grouping and agent notifications
were fine for customer web interfaces. But now since the upgrade no
notification is being sent for customer web tickets. If I disable
customer grouping, agent notifications are sent fine

My current settings :
$Self->{CustomerGroupSupport} = 1;
$Self->{CustomerGroupAlwaysGroups} = ['users', 'info'];


Any ideas on why and how to fix it?
