Hello there,
I am having an issue with attaching some files to some ticket. In my
last example, the file is 3.5 MB. When we restore the production db to
our development server , I can attach the doc without a problem( Both
servers are suppose to be identical, obviously, they are not..).
Following is the error:
Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes, SQL: 'INSERT INTO
web_upload_cache (form_id, filename, content_type, content_size,
content, create_time_unix) VALUES ('1161117809.1227829.26264007', 'Amy
Miller - card.doc', 'application/msword', '3305984', ?, 1161117816)'
The max_allowed_packet setting is currently set to 16 Mb on both server.
We think it is something related to the web_uload_cache table but this
is just a guess.
Does anyone has an idea of what could cause this issue?
