Hello, I am evaluating otrs for use in our company, and I have a quick question for all of you gurus. Is there a method to auto-register a customer?
We are thinking of setting up otrs using httpBasicAuth and than having apache authenticate to our local domain. There will be something like 300 customers when we roll this out to our employees. Is this possible?
