I try to install calendar and webmail packages but from webserver it's
seem not to be possible :

If I try bin/opm.pl -a install -p /tmp/opm/WebMail-0.9.9.opm I have this
error :
Can't locate object method "SWASHNEW" via package "utf8" (perhaps you
forgot to load "utf8"?) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Package.pm line 315.
Is there anything I can modify to avoid this problem ?
