Hello.
Take a look at your browser's 'View Source' and you'll see that those tags
isolate areas where calls to database data, etc. are placed upon execution
of the script. Those tags don't show up in 'View Source' but the output
from that dtl data chunk will. I guess they may be considered 'markers' (?)
to identify where to begin and where to end that data insert. At least
that's what I believe occurs.
