I have a similar problem (Win2003, MSSQL 2005). I traced it down to the settings of the DefaultCharset. I guess you use utf-8. Try iso-5589-1 instead. It would be helpful for me, to eliminate the OS and DB as possible reasons for this behaviour.
It is not helpful, because our database charset is utf-8, and with this charset I have got a lot of error. Could somebody tell me, is there any option to change charset encoding/decoding to ONLY attachments? -- Valkai Jozsef +36 70 36 28 147 [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] lat:N 47° lon:E 19° _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs Support orr consulting for your OTRS system? => http://www.otrs.com/
