Hi,

I often have to answer the exact same answer to multitudes of tickets
asking the exact same question (it is often after one of our system
crashed and users want to know if that's OK or if they have any trouble
with their computer).

Unfortunately it seems that you can only close with an internal note on
a bulk action.

Is there a workaround ? Something I maybe have missed in the
configuration ?

What would be utterly great is that if you could use a Queue Response
with bulk action...
