Hi everybody!
I'm using Radius athentication for customers and it
works fine! But now, I want to use it with agents and
get this error:
Can't locate object method "new" via package
"Kernel::Config" at
C:/OTRS/otrs//Kernel/System/Web/InterfaceAgent.pm line
75.
These are the parameters that I included in the
Config.pm:
$Self->{AuthModule} =
Kernel::System::Auth::Radius;
$Self->{AuthModule::Radius::Host} = my radius
server ip address;
$Self->{AuthModule::Radius::Password} = my pass;
Any idea?
