Dear Users
as you can read in the postings before i did setup otrs first time , i still
have 2 problems
a.) mailed before with close ticket without body
b.) (more important)
its not possible to send mails via sendmail directly to tickets (without
pop3)
like in /etc/mail/aliases
user: "|/opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl -q queue"
i try it with different permissions , after SetPermissions.sh i get
from sendmail >r (/bin/sh) exited with EX_TEMPFAIL
when i try to change users like root, otrs 755 etc i just get errors like

451 4.0.0 putbody: write error: Broken pipe
sh: /opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl: Permission denied
554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 126
--
any ideas how i could make this possible over sendmail aliases?
Webserver user: nobody,
Permissions, set as the shell script:
drwxrwxr-x 4 nobody nogroup 4096 May 16 22:45 bin
-rwxrwxr-x 1 nobody nogroup 3952 Nov 2 2006 PostMaster.pl
