Marcus: The option you suggest is currently on. I think that I haven't understood how you manage users, roles, groups and queues.
This is our situation: We want customers to authenticate against our LDAP server (achieved). Then we want each customer to see the queues where he can put tickets. To achieve this we create queues, each queue is assigned to a group. Groups are assigned to profiles and users are assigined to profiles.
