Hi Shawn,
I've got the same problem in my environment.
I have found out the problem. It was that the link to the Trash folder was
malformed in my config.
What do you mean by "malformed config"?
Here's my File Manager Config, taken from the sysconfig web-interface.ì Note
that it's the default config, I've made no changes
Config Options: FileManager -> Core FileManager::Root:
The root directory for the file manager.
(Default: /home/otrs-share/)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FileManager::Trash:
Trash directory for the file manager. All deleted files or folders will be
moved to this directory.
(Default: <OTRS_FileManager::Root>Trash/)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FileManager::ReadAccessMap:
Set the read permissions for folders and files for the different folders.
Etichetta Content
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FileManager::DeleteAccessMap:
Set the delete access for folders or files for the different folders.
Etichetta Content
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FileManager::CreateAccessMap:
Set create permissions for files or folders for the different folders.
Etichetta Content
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also, I've assigned 777 filesystem permissions.
Then I tried to create the Trash directory manually (either by File Manager
and filesystem), but it keeps showing this error message whenever I try to
delete a file.

Help,
I have installed v1.2.1 from the FileManger utility and can create/delete
directories and create files. But, unfortunately, when I want to delet a
file I receive:
Error: Can't create trash directory Trash/: Permission denied
Is this a bug, or have I missed some info?
