Login as an Agent with admin rights. Then Enter the admin section by clicking on the admin link or icon.
Click on the "Users<->Groups" link, you should have displayed a listing on users and groups on your system. You should find the faq group in the column on the right hand side. Click on the faq group name. This should take you to a listing of users and their rights in this group. Add rights as needed, click Submit and you should be good to go.
