files ZZZ* and otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ path must be writeable
I did assign its content to otrs user using chown command
 
I did solve so

Could you specify the path where the changes you want to make?

I’m using Fedora. There is no error messages at all. When I make my changes
and hit update, it simple goes back to default. It’s the weirdest thing to
me!

Hi,

 

In the core frame, when I make changes to the FQDN, AdminEmail and
Organization fields and click up, everything goes back to default and my
changes are not saved. Anyone have any idea why?
