That's standard SMTP-service behaviour. If you need to guarantee you will send a messege immediatly you should abandon SMTP enterily. That's not what it was designed for. If your messages are sent after some few hours they are probably being enqueued on some SMTP server along the way which, as I said, it's just OK. -- Jesús M.
