I think you should only modify Kernel/Config.pm in the following line

I am trying to modify the labels for the fields when adding a Customer User.
I want to change the label Salutation to gender or just add a field for gender.
I am attempting to do this in the file named AdminCustomerUser.dtl but I don't
see any place where Salutation is listed in the file. Am I looking in the right
place or should I be attempting something different?
