As this is my first post in this list, I shortly want to introduce myself.

My name is Manuel Ernst and I work in Switzerland near Basel. At the moment we 
use OTRS 1.3 and I am now about to update it on a new SuSE Server 10.2 to 
version 2.2.1.

It seems that I have the same problem as you have, but when I search for * all 
users are displayed. For other views such as "Customer User <-> Services" this 
search seems to be set as default.

Maybe there is a possibility to change this setting?
