Hi All,
I have installed OTRS 2.2.2 on a Fedora distribution with the
following:
Kernel 2.6.15-1.2054_FC5smp #1 SMP
mysql-server 5.0.27-1.fc5
Apache 2.2.2-1.3
perl 5.8.8-5 (all the modules installed, checked by
otrs.checkModules)
When I type the http://server_ip/otrs/index.pl , got the following
msg on the browser:
"Can't connect to newton.commitment.com.br: IO::Socket::INET: Bad
protocol 'tcp' at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/CustomerUser/LDAP.pm line
117."
and the login screen dosent show up.
If at the Config.pm I remove the line "SSCOPE => 'sub'," from the
"CustomerUser" the error dosent show, but the authentication dosent work
either.
I write and Perl script to connect to my AD server and it worked.
I try using ldapsearch against the AD an it also worked.
Does anyone can help me?
