Hi, Maybe this parameter can be useful to you under SysConfig / Core::Postmaster :
PostMasterPOP3MaxEmailSize: Maximal size in KBytes for mails that can be fetched via pop3 (KBytes). Only if OTRS fetches mails from a POP3 account. You can also limit mail size directly on your MTA. You also have this parameter under SysConfig / Core::Web ( may be useful on your case ) : WebMaxFileUpload: Maximal size for file uploads via the browser (in Bytes).
