hi,
when i try to install
ITSMTicket</otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminPackageManager&Subaction=ViewRemote&Source=http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages/&File=ITSMTicket-1.0.3.opm&Name=ITSMTicket&Version=1.0.3>i
get this error .
