Hi! Ok please send the new hw to .... I have only MS powered machines and I cannot install linux. So I have to solve the problem on the MS machine. (I can recommend so much things to so much people...)

It shows the error message: 'CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.' And in the address bar I can see '/index.pl?' no ?session... or something else. So is there someone who successfully implamented otrs on a windows platform?
