Hello,
I'm trying to configure OTRS for my usage (creating customer companies,
customer users, queues, etc ..). I was writing some tickets to understand
queues managing when suddenly I have this message when I try to creat a new
ticket:
ERROR: OTRS-CGI-99 Perl: 5.8.5 OS: linux Time: Mon Nov 19 16:07:38 2007
Message: Need TicketID!
