We use database external backend (Customers Billing). Charset is windows-1251 (Russian).
But OTRS interface use UTF-8. Need recode function or how do that? In documentation I read when use LDAP we can recode charset on fly! How do that when use mysql databse! Thank's Evgeniy Gejnak, RombNet ISP, Kirovograd, Ukraine.
