Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm much of the same
stuff that is in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm and changing
$Self->{'DefaultTheme'} = 'Standard';
to my new theme name seemed to work.
It's beacause ZZZAAuto.pm overwrites settings in Defaults.pm

I couldn't find Set Core::DefaulTheme in SysConfig ?
But in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm there appears to be a default theme -
but changing and
restarting otrs did nothing. I then found in
Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm much of the same
stuff that is in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm and changing
$Self->{'DefaultTheme'} = 'Standard';
to my new theme name seemed to work.
