Hi all. i try google and find, for example, information about integtation nagios + otrs by that way:
http://osdir.com/ml/otrs.devel/2005-01/msg00013.html (maybe it may be found on lists.otrs.org archive). That letter contains some user-contributed scripts, attached to it, but in the same thread i find a note about closing otrs wiki. Are there a place for user contributions now? Are there in this maillist people from otrs, that can answer about it? that attached scripts made for 1.2* version and too old, i think. But if they were placed in public/contributions/wiki site it will be customised , upgraded and used by people!
