I'm having issues with step2 of the installation for otrs. I'm getting the following error.
Create Database (2/4) Creating database 'otrs' utf8: done. Creating tables 'otrs-schema.mysql.sql': done. Inserting initial inserts 'otrs-initial_insert.mysql.sql': done.
