I read some posts about connecting OTRS to LDAP/AD on the backend for
authentication. I haven't gotten this to work yet.
System is CentOS5.
What I have in Config.pm is:

$Self->{'AuthModule::LDAP::BaseDN'} = 'dc=mbl,dc=edu';
