Hi,

Testing the 2.2.4 version of OTRS, and are having a few issues with
attachment names when downloading them, if there are "special" characters in
the filename and if using Internet Explorer (latest).

Trying with a simple text file called "æøå.txt", with the contents: "test".

I can send an e-mail with the attachment or create a ticket from the
web-interface and attach the file there.
The filename is displayed correctly in the web-interface.

However, when trying to download/open the attachment, the filename gets
garbled: It's now called "æøå.txt"

The OTRS is using utf-8, the DB (MySQL) is using utf-8, and the browser is
using utf-8 (so it says).

Firefox does not appear to have the problem.

Perhaps i should be mailing the "IE Users" mailing list, but hey... ;-)
