Is customerticketprint.dtl ignored when parsing output for the print ticket?
If so, where does the output come from?
When a customer hits the Print link on the Ticket Zoom page, and the
customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketPrint page comes up, it doesn't read my custom
output layout from Output/HTML/Standard/CustomerTicketPrint.dtl. Yet my
printheader and printfooter output layouts (from the same directory) are
processed.
