I had this happen when trying to use too new of a distribution. TONS of errors
(perl related) were generated, so I assume something is not compatible in the
perl modules between OTRS (which also didn't run correctly and generated
errors) and the OS-installed modules/libraries/etc. Puked on Fedora 7&8, runs
great on 6.
