Hi,
sometimes ticket are set to pending until a date in the "far" future.
These tickets bother in the queue or myqueue-view.
So I though about making a new (my first) state of type pending-auto,
called it "pending - hide".
I deleted "pending auto" from Ticket::ViewableStateType and added
"pending - hide => open" to Ticket::StateAfterPending to recall "pending
- hide" with overdue date.
So far so good. The problem ist that
* unlocked "pending - hide"-tickets are really hidden within queue-view
* but locked "pending - hide"-tickets are shown within myqueue-view
I now can remember that lock closed tickets are also shown within
myqueue ;-)
Any suggestions how I could realize my requirement to also hide locked
tickets?
