Yes, choose 'pending auto close+' (successful) or 'pending auto close-' (unsuccessful) as the next ticket state.

Do not forget that the cronjob must be running. The cron pending_jobs must be in var/cron/. If you only see pending_jobs.dist, then this setting is not active. Please cp -p pending_jobs.dist pending_jobs and restart your cron.
