Hi Oliver,

Hi all

We would like to use OTRS to send an email to a couple of customers. Is
is possible create a bunch of email tickets at once, without having to
enter the message text manually for every recipient?
It's a little gehtto, but try submit, back (in browser), change email, submit and so on.
