Hey, is it possible to schedule some tasks with OTRS for agents? It would be nice if we could schedule some longer tasks to our support staff. If I have understood correctly there this somekind of calendar-function, is it for this kind of scheduling of tickets? Or is there some other way to enable ticket scheduling and work planning?
