thanks Peter...how do u stop OTRS service?
I installed from source without rpm as our linux server is centrally
administrated and I don't have root access and require specific paths for
installation/configuration. I'll follow again the INSTALL doc but just wondering
if there was a script in bin/ or scripts/ which did "stop-force" to OTRS for
upgrading.

I have otrs 2.2.6 installed and running. However, I want to upgrade to
2.2.7 now
. When I looked at the file UPGRADING, it only says how to upgrade from
2.1 to 2.2.
What is the procedure to follow for upgrading to 2.2.7 from 2.2.6?
