I don't like the pipermail archive format, so I've created a Google Group for archiving this list. For me, it's a lot easier to view email lists like this when I check the threads/messages once a week, or less.
http://groups.google.co.uk/group/otrs_archive Email addresses are suppressed, to prevent harvesting. So it's no more of a privacy concern than the pipermail archive. But if OTRS decide it's not to their liking, I'm happy to make it private and for my use only. But hopefully others will find this useful.
