Hi everyone!
I've found that in my installation of OTRS (2.3.2 with ITSM packages) it
is very difficult to choose the service from the drop down menu because
there are too many services in our company (100) Is it possible to
filter service drop down menu by type drop down menu?
So I explain exactly what I need:
If I'll choose type1 - there are Service1, Service2, Service3 in drop
down menu for example.
If I'll choose type2 - Service4, Service5 and Service.
--
So is it possible to create such link between Service and Type?
