That is ok, but where is the root for home? My installation is on C:\OTRS\ and under that folder I have \apache2 \cronw \Mysql \otrs \Perl
Where should that /home/ be located or where should I create it ? I checked sysconfig and found the option to change it but I do not know here is the root so I can create it! Thanks..
