Hello, In the demo of the page: http://www.otrs.com/en/tools/demo/ OTRS::ITSM demo (Service Desk) When the agent want to change the request's queue, he can use the button MOVE and a new screen show the option QUEUE and *OWNER*. In the version I installed I only can change the queue (Change queue:) without the option OWNER. Anybody know how to include this option? I mean: add a button OWNER or a new screen with the option QUEUE and *OWNER* I hope I was clear :-) Thanks
