Please tell about this error. The customer.pl is unable to open
Software error:Can't call method "GetOption" on an undefined value at
C:/OTRS/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/CustomerAuth.pm line 104, <DATA>
line 275.

error message and the time and date of the error.
