> The general issue is that it says invalid. mail exchanger not found Sounds as though the domain doesn't have an appropriately configured MX or A record, this could also be caused if the OTRS system is experiencing trouble with DNS queries, or this also could imply that the DNS server itself is having difficulty, and is unable to resolve the query.
